What a great and creative level! I love the blue theme and weapon choices.
Only thing I think this level is missing are "breathing rooms". All the rooms have some kind of action going on. Maybe some sort of puzzle with no way to kill yourself would be nice.
Points for making that you have made enemies not able to hit you when you enter a new screen. Players have some time to analyze what is happening.
