Boss Profile : DSN(DimenSions Numbers) - 000 Rogue Man
Rogue Man is one of the Mega Man kidnapped by Wily and is a failure of Quint.
Rogue Man is trying to prevent a future war that will occur as Dr.Wily goes increasingly insane and Dr.Light's technology is misused.
However, even so, Rogue Man is showing suspicious behavior, such as kidnapping King and modifying him into King Man, trying to find a machine created by Wily called Time Skipper, and proposing to Bass that they destroy everything in the current era, including all robots, to become the strongest.
Rogue Man's power is the ability to erase time, with the power to erase up to 1 minute of time. But why didn't Rogue Man like this ability...?
Sub Boss Profile : KGN(KinG Number)-000 King Man
King’s body was originally designed to self-destruct if any scientist other than W tampered with it. However, that was also useless in the technology of the future.
As King was modified and brainwashed, he became stronger and was given a new name, King Man.
Rogue Man brainwashed King with the aim of using King's subordinates to recreate the Time Skipper that Wily had originally built and discarded. However, they failed to restore the TS. Instead, they succeeded in restoring something far more monstrous.
